Consultations

1. All consultations are distance consultations and are conducted electronically: clients must have access to email and Skype.
2. The deliverable for horary services is 72 hours weekday, excluding public holidays. For all natal services it is 7 working days.
3. If urgent, I will endeavour to assist where possible but it is likely that the fee will increase. This equates to "same day delivery" fees implemented by most companies when current work is stalled to accommodate pressing issues.

Workshops and Events

1. A memorandum of understanding is signed by both parties; payment terms are depicted therein.

Important Information

1. Payment is made via EFT from a cheque / savings bank account once I have submitted the invoice.
2. Payment is made in advance, prior to the consultation / service being rendered.
3. Proof of payment, birth details and any other information I request are forwarded to me within 48 hours of scheduling the consultation and with immediate effect if the consultation falls within 48 hours.
4. Fees for international clients are higher to accommodate banking fees.
5. The fee payable is for the specific astrology service requested. I cannot invest time in additional work at no charge after the service has been honoured.
6. Should the client need to reschedule the appointment if we are consulting via Skype, 48 hours' notice must be provided. The consultation must be rescheduled within 2 months of the initial consultation as appointments are not carried forward further than 1 months.
7. No refund of fees is applicable under any circumstances. At the end of a consultation, the client is asked if they are satisfied with the service provided – their indication thereof indicates mutual agreement that the full service has been honoured.
8. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all questions or areas of concern have been addressed satisfactorily during the consultation. Should additional services be required thereafter, they will be charged at the applicable rate.
9. I do not discount nor is there a discounted fee for repeat business – each chart is allocated the time and respect it deserves.
10. Astrology is highly accurate (although I am not infallible); therefore, if the client does not wish to know the answer they should not ask the question.
11. Incorrect answers can be derived from a chart if the client fails to disclose all of the pertinent information. It is the client's responsibility to ensure I have all the relevant information in order to be able to apply my skill appropriately.
12. I do not accept third party questions as this equates to voyeurism. If the question posed about someone else has no immediate bearing on the client's life, it is a third party question.
13. I reserve my right to amend these Terms and Conditions at my discretion.

How can a birth chart consultation benefit you?

• The chart will depict your entire interaction with life: strengths and weaknesses which assist or hinder you, relationship dynamics, the quality of your mind and the most appropriate vocational choices.
• By providing insights into who you are, your birth chart will help you to alter any self-defeating behaviour and break old habits / patterns.
• The chart provides the means by which you may make your fortune in life and at what age this should occur. This will assist with financial planning.
• Relationship consultations: an assessment will focus on self-defeating behaviour which prevents others from loving you or you in turn being able to display love towards others. Advice on how to change or improve in relation to finding or keeping a partner will also be provided.
• Sports consultations: an assessment can determine which sports you will have a natural aptitude and ability for. The medical fault line, which also predisposes us to sports injuries, and the correct nutritional and training programmes are assessed.

Important information

• Your birth place, date and time are required and are submitted prior to the consultation date.
• Consultations are conducted via email / Skype, saving you time.
• The duration of a consultation is usually between 90 minutes and two hours.
• An invoice containing bank details is provided when the client schedules the consultation.
